Editorial Product Review:Amazon.com:Nearly a decade after the release of their groundbreaking debut,
The Sickness, Disturbed have become one of the most respected bands in the hard-rock universe thanks not only to pummeling riffs and jackhammer beats but passionate insights into our troubled times. Three platinum-plus albums—
Believe and
Ten Thousand Fists charted #1—have led to
Indestructible, the group’s darkest, angriest outing yet.

Disappointed
Hmmm, i waited a while to write this review, giving the album enough time to sink in or 'grow' on me. It hasn't. Honestly, besides the lead single, none of the others are catchy. The patterns of the songs are a lot more complicated... showing their growth as a band and their own talents.. but it has not worked on me. I've got all their albums so far and 10,000 fists is probably my fave (with 'The Sickness' a very close 2nd). This however, doesn't come close to what those were. Its not all bad... i mean, it is bearable to listen to... but its Disturbed... and i expected a lot more... or different. And the claim that this is the bands heaviest album.. i don't think so.

Stinks!
I know a lot of people had great things to say about the newest album, and I love the their older work, but this new music stinks. This new effort lacks any of the originality and creativity I heard on "The Sickness" CD. You won't hear anything like "Fear" or "Stupify". Your definitely not going to hear anything like "Droppin' Plates". Instead you'll get 12 estrogen filled tracks with David Draiman singing about things like "when you heart gets broken, a thousand times..." Barf. Sounds like their producer is trying to get some more air time by watering down the intensity. The first time I hear criminal I had to start laughing, and "Deceiver" is just plain irritating. The whole album is trash from the title track (Indestructible is WEAK!) all the way through. Save your money and buy the new Slipknot.
